The Cambodian Journal of Education, Management, and Development (CJEMD) welcomes manuscripts in English for publication. Two issues of the journal are published each year:
Issue 1: January–June (in 2026)
Issue 2: July–December (in 2026)
In 2015, only one issue was published in December. Authors are welcome to submit manuscripts year-round.
